Imaging Associates is a top notch facility. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. My technician makes my visit pleasant & less frightening. Professional, yet warm & caring. Checking in on-line is easy, convenient & hardly any wait time upon arrival. I receive scans on a regular basis and always choose Imaging Associates. I highly encourage others to use Imaging Associates!

I had my first appointment with Imaging Associates today and was very impressed with their service. Although many people were arriving late to appointments because of the snowfall, I was still seen on-time. The receptionist was very friendly, and the waiting areas was exceptionally welcoming (including delicious coffee).

General experience was fine but these check-in tablets with a credit card reader are just impersonal and a sad reminder that at the end of the day it's all about the $$$. Also...I guess it's cool that they offer a 60% discount if you self-pay in full prior to the imaging, but now I've gotta decide if I should self pay and get the discount or bill my insurance and "hope" I meet my deductible for the year. Glad it was a routine checkup and I wasn't making these decisions while also worrying about cancer or something. Zero-stars for the broken US Healthcare System.

Love Imaging Associates. Very professional, courteous, and kind employees. From checking in through the numerous procedures I’ve had with them, it’s always a great experience. Mr. Hinger, the CEO, even reached out to me in the waiting room asking if I was being taken care of. Great personal service! Couldn’t recommend them more highly!!

Mammography is an unpleasant procedure, but the doctor does everything to make it comfortable and quick. Everyone is very polite and ready to help. I was very pleased with the reception and will recommend it to my friends.

Each visit, I encounter techs who are professional, kind, and quite knowledgable about what will be happening. I'm also lucky to have doctors that order the correct tests, so the techs are able to get the tests or x-rays done quickly.

Imaging Associates is a place that I trust. I was early to my appointments, I had a mammogram & a CT scan, when I walked in the door I was greeted by the staff and was able to quickly check in on their kiosk. Once that was done I was asked to go upstairs and as I sat down on the chair, my name was called. 5 minutes later I headed back down for the 2nd appointment and was called just as quickly. I noticed one of the employees cleaning up the wet snow water from everyone's shoes as they were proud of where they work. The clinical staff who took care of me were top knotch and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I recommend them to everyone because they care about their customers. <3
