It was a Clean store the isles were stocked the soda fountain area was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly I like the cashier Jeff. But today and on Christmas they didn’t have what I stopped for cigarettes. So I think it’s gonna be a while before I stop through at this particular holiday so I still getting four stars because it is one of the nicer ones in Anchorage I’ve just a little bummed my way twice just to get what I want

Poor Customer Service!!! I went into pre pay for my fuel. The Lady Christine with the Mullet has a very bad attitude towards customers! I said Hi, how are you. Nothing said back!I stood in line for like 5 minutes only to prepay for my gas. I said $40 on the the other side of 15…. As an employee I thought she would know the numbers for each fuel tanks so she looked on the screen saying idk which one it is, so I had to go out and check for her. I came back in and told her again! It’s the fuel on the other side of 15 which is 14. But then here’s a guy that was waiting on the side not I the actual line where others were waiting. I came back in and she was helping him! I said geez! He was being difficult and taking a while. Then the Lady Christine starting yelling at me saying ‘ I don’t need your attitude’!!! Along with the bald guy( I didn’t get to look at his name tag) told me to get out!Never going to Holiday stations again!

Love the store and all the employees that work there but the store manager randy was rude when I called today to ask a simple question about my old paystubs when I use to work there 5 years ago. Tried to ask him what’s the number for customer service and his reply was I gave it to your wife two times a few weeks ago . Instead of giving me the number he gave me an attitude about a simple question . I’m torn away how disrespectful he was . He gave me the # and told me that that’s the last time I’m gonna give to you . I use to work there for 3 years and that store was great it was like my 2nd home and everyone treated each other like we were a family . At the end of the day it’s all about respect and told au I can clearly see he has no respect and care about helping people
