Shipped from Alaska to California. They stacked three pallets with some oddly shaped items and everything made it just fine. Customer service was excellent, and I would definitely use them again.

Pete and this team were an absolute delight to work with. I am local to Florida so I was a bit worried about getting things pickup and shipped to Florida but they made it such an easy and stress free process, even working with the crazy time zone difference.

Moving an aging parent that was a 50+ year Alaskan resident to another state became a real can do with The Packaging Store and their staff. Every person I interacted with was wonderful and went beyond to give 200% customer service and to recommend with help on the receiving end here in Seattle. This was after other shipping options fell thru. I highly recommend this business as the place to take care of any shipping & packaging need!

This place deserves every star. When moving to the lower 48, we were quoted all kinds of prices for several thousand dollars, and we would be required to palletize our belongings. I don't know how to make a pallet! I was so relieved when I found the Packaging Store. They let us drop off our boxes, palletized them, and the price was MUCH lower than any other offer. I also really appreciated talking to real people, and when you mention their names, their co-workers know who they are. They seemed very dependable. Didn't try to upsell anything either. We just unboxed everything in our new home, including the keyboard, guitar and ukulele, and everything is accounted for and undamaged. Thanks Packaging Store!

Very professional packers. They came to our house and took 900 lbs of personal effects, custom packed our art work, our good dishes, and my guitar in their shop. Shipped it all south to New Mexico on three shrink wrapped pallets, and it all arrived without any damage in 3 weeks. The cost was only a fraction of what the moving companies would have charged. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Ten stars!

I had no idea what I was doing and did not follow there instructions on some paper work totally my fault. They were eager to get this fix. Went above and beyond for there service. I believe his name was Brandon we was a huge help. I highly recommend!

I would not ever ever ever go with them the guys in the back are nice but it's been 6weeks since I've had any of my items. Moved and been living out of a suitcase for 6weeks now.Call a place with a dedicated time frame so your not guessing when your stuff arrives.
