Wait time Sunday estimated as 2 hours. I sat inside and was out in 40 minutes. It’s a great clips haircut, so if you’re looking for a smooth fade, go elsewhere. Needing a cut on a budget come.

They had a guy in there on Saturday 11/01 and I told him what I wanted. He decided to shave half of my head off and then giving me a skunk tail on the top of my head. Don't know what happened......

My hair was very uneven, she only took less than 5 mins to complete my layers which turned out awful ! My family and friends have also experienced this at this location. I'm not sorry for telling the truth. this has to stop now !. We won't be going back to Tikanu Great Clips anymore ! Unnecessary doing

Overburdened and overworked due to the proximity of the military base. Generally, poor customer service with a feeling of being rushed the minute you step in the door. You’re literally greeted with, “Did you check in online.”Maybe it’s Great Clips’ use of a historical ticket system but requesting anything other than what’s on the ticket seems to be asking a lot.
Even if you need a quick clean up I would advise others to go somewhere else. This is my sixth visit to this location over the course of a year and it seems customer service hasn’t improved much. Three stars for a clean store and a very basic cut.
