GraphicWorks was recommended to me by another contractor, and was one of two companies that actually responded to my request for a quote for our project. Several other sign companies didn't call back, even after multiple queries through multiple avenues. Not only did GraphicWorks communicate efficiently and clearly, their price was very competitive alongside the other quote we received. The signs the made for us look excellent. We will definitely use them in the future.

GraphicWorks has done both projects with decent lead times and rush projects for us. They have collaborated well with our chosen graphic designer and they are great at sourcing materials. They have done excellent installation work on specialty items and have even replaced a material that wasn't performing sufficiently. We've been very pleased with the quality of their workmanship and their service and recommend them without reservation.

After months of delays and losing my original art work, they finally got me in for decal installation. When I pick up my vehicle they add $175 to my bill for decal removal even though the person who took the original invoice personally looked at the vehicle and never added this fee.When I complained, there was no attempt to appease, and the counter person actually said I should find another company. Wow. Terrible customer service.

Called with some questions about a vinyl decal for my tool box and was told they only do fleet graphics. But yet their website states they do custom work and shows a photo of a vinyl wrapped cooler...
