I cracked the screen on my phone five years ago and finally decided to go in for an upgrade. I was greeted by an employee that said you have to sign in and pointed to the kiosk. There was about two dozen names on the list so I walked out. Being greeted by demanding that I sign in at a kiosk when I was prepared to spend $859 on a Samsung that I don't really need just rubbed me the wrong way.

Internet has been down 3 times in the last month. Total of 13 days so far, and just went out again. Try getting reduction on the bill because of no service? They act like they don't know anything about the service interruptions. Ask for proof and dates, like they don't know when their service is down?Only hardline provider for me in downtown anchorage, they don't care if they give good service or not. We have no options....

I don't recommend gci. Business internet. They absolutely bad. They don't have fast response to fix the internet. And you business will be lose a lot of money and you costumer disappoint of you. They don't technicall sopport for business. Technically they have but. No fast. 3 days of waiting ?

My internet has gone down at least twice every day for the last week. Being the ONLY internet provider in Alaska, I am stuck with GCI. At a bare minimum there can at least be reliable internet.I've been using them for two years and there have been COUNTLESS outages.

1 month ago I paid a fee of $60 by credit card and it turned out that GCI did not have my payment even though I paid with them in the store, plus the new fee is $40 for this month which I supposedly did not pay. Someone there is doing bad job I am very disappointed

Didn't even have to sign in for customer service.I will that even when they are busy, it's still pretty nice as you can see the screen and your position in the cue. Basically, you can estimate how long of a wait you may be in for.They were very helpful and expedited the process. 5 minutes and night was back out the door.Whenni buy a new phone, they will help you to switch your service and click all of the buttons to get ya set up for ya.The phone/internet service is spotty at times, but their customer service is top notch.Thank you, GCI, on C. Long wait. Tried to upsell me on thier cell phone when only reason I was there was yo make payment and update my old router. Was not told that my internet would be disabled until I hooked up the new router so has to do that right away, after already a very long day at work. Staff needs yo understand the way a product change will affect a user and make them aware of it. The kid told me I could change it out anytime in next 14 days because that is how long I had to return the old router... clearly the have no knowledge or understanding of how the services they sell work

Counter guy was super helpful got me new sim card to replace my old one from 2016 and advised me not to change my plan cause it would cost significantly more than what I had locked in back in 2016
