Package did not deliver for almost 2 weeks now. Ordered something JUST from the 5th Avenue Mall, and still no updates. Very suspicious branch this is.

They ship the boxes, and they get the boxes they do a good job at it here in Anchorage. Others placed in Alaksa are very questionable, but Anchorage is pretty good.

Not pleased with this center. They don't seem to understand "Overnight Express" shipping. I get that this is Alaska, so nothing is "overnight". But, express means ASAP! Not "general delivery"!!! Why they put my medications into general delivery when they were sent express, is beyond me! It's been 5 days already and they're telling me it can possibly be 2 more days on an express package!! Absolute fail FedEx! FAIL!!

My journey of disappointment began with not one, but two separate incidents where my packages appear to have been delivered to a next door neighbor and FedEx just couldn't figure it out even though I had the whole thing on video. Expecting a straightforward resolution, I reached out to their customer service, only to be led down a path of unfulfilled promises and incompetence. On both occasions, I was assured that the issue was being taken seriously and that the station chief themselves would contact me to investigate the matter. The thought was comforting, albeit momentarily. The reality? Absolute silence. No calls, no emails, no attempt at contact whatsoever. It was as if my concerns and the promised investigations were nothing but whispers in the wind. What baffles me is not just the inability to deliver a package correctly - mistakes happen - but the sheer disregard for customer service and accountability. The national call center, seemingly a beacon of help, turned out to be nothing more than a facade, offering empty assurances with no intention of follow-through. It's a stark reminder that in some cases, modern conveniences are overshadowed by the lack of basic competencies and a glaring absence of communication. I am so grateful that Amazon finally has a footprint here in Alaska and can competently deliver packages, then gives you a comforting photo of the package at your door in an email. FedEx, take note of what good customer service looks like. The frustration and time wasted in dealing with FedEx have led me to one conclusion: you are better off delivering your package yourself. At least then, you can trust that it will reach its destination. To those considering using FedEx, I implore you to look elsewhere. In a world where options are plentiful, do not settle for a service that fails to respect its customers and their needs. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

Your customer service AI needs work. If the reason for my call is to speak to a human, do not then hang up on me. Thanks.
