Absolutely terrible support and an inability to actually deliver. After wasting too long explaining my situation to AI chat and automated telephone menus I was talked over by the one person I was able to get a hold of and told to wait until tomorrow and hope it's different. Two "attempted deliveries" now with no phone calls asking for more information on how to deliver. I can confirm with 100% certainty that no attempts to deliver we're actually made. We have staff that are able to sign for deliveries available all day and I have been available for every "attempt."
Do not use DHL.

These people are on their A game. I usually hold packages for pickup here so porch thieves can't steal my stuff, and they're always super nice during pickup. Recently, I had to ship a package internationally though. I went to USPS first, asked for help with custom forms, USPS was rude and did not want to help at all. DHL made everything seem crystal clear and the package made it to the destination no problem. With friendly service becoming harder to find today, I am 100% grateful for the service DHL provides and the people who do it.

Their automated service will make you want to pull your hair out. Just absolutely ridiculous and no help at all. Thank goodness I could finally get a direct number for the Anchorage office, and they were incredibly helpful.Melissa - it won't let me reply so i had to edit the review. I'll be happy to email. I updated the stars - because you shouldn't be penalized for DHL corporate's failure. Thanks for responding.

Customer service is S tier. On Friday there was an attempted delivery but no sign of anybody. Supervisor came the next 2 days trying to deliver it and I respect that. One of those days unfortunately nobody heard them ring the doorbell and that was on us. Driver even communicated through email and gave the time they would be here and I got my package on a Sunday when they aren't even open.

I did not notice that the counter closes at 4pm who closes at 4pm. Heck banks are open longer these days. These guys could stop working here and go work at the bank until closing. :-(

Package was reported as delivered to my address. Due to COVID, no signature is required. I was home when I received the text message reporting the delivered package. The package was not delivered to the correct address; it was not delivered to me. Unable to contact DHL customer support today, Saturday, to try and recover this package in a timely manner.

Didn't deliver on time. Problem with truck. Didn't update the tracking until they were about to close for the day so I couldn't just go pick it up. This cost me a client. Thanks jerks.
