The best independent cell phone business in town. Fast, affordable service. Just avoid buying a "reconditioned" smartphone there. They only guarantee them for 30 days and after 6 months and 3 trips to have it repaired by them, they told me that it's unrepairable. ?

The owner of this business is a man of his word and offers a solid fix. I own an Asus ROG phone 3 and had the screen fixed with no response towards my touch, but the man fixed it with parts straight from Asus.

I had my iPad mini screen replaced. Cracked had the screen overnight delivered, fixed and back to me within 2 days. There was a slight defect with the replacement screen, not the fault of Cracked, they warrantied the replacement screen and screen protector at no cost. Cracked even coordinated with me for a drop off so I wouldn't have to drive to southside. Great service!

My son's iPhone 7 charging port was not working and slowly deteriorated until the point of not working at all. I called first to see if fixing a charging port was something they did. They were very polite and helpful on the phone. Brought it in this afternoon. The wait was short. He was very professional and helpful. Took a look at the phone, saw it only needed to be cleaned out and fixed it on the spot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The drive from Eagle River was worth it. Make sure you go to the new address at 8130 Old Seward Hwy Ste 104. This will be my go to for cell phone repair in the future.

The owner replaces screens with cheaply made one's from China, he claims they are high quality, and are worth the money. My screen he replaced broke later the same day I got my phone back.

They're great staff um they call you when your ports coming in you can call about any time that their open door wandherful they got good personalities The weave and let you keep your device until you can bring it in when the parts they are I think that's pretty cool
