I am a busy career minded single father with very little time on my hands and not a lot of excess funds. Chaz limited have gone out of their way to get my son and I back on the road. They were polite and eager to listen to my situation and find a way to work with me. They provided me with a quick turnaround on my vehicle being repaired. Went out of there way to find a rental near the repair shop. And when something was not convenient for me they went out of there way to provide me options that I was pleased with. Each individual at Chaz was amazing and helpful but I was lucky to work directly with Jourdyn who may be the best customer service individual I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Some companies feel very corporate, Chaz feels like family just trying to get you back on the road.

-Shop charges extra 5% credit card fee.
-Couple issues with paint and rear bumper still not fixed when I picked up and had to return another day.

Excellent customer service by Justin and Nate. They were very friendly and understanding from the very beginning. Repair took longer than I'd hoped, but I was updated at least once a week. Car looks great!

I recently had a terrible experience with Chaz Limited on 5th Ave. I brought my vehicle in to have some dents repaired, and unfortunately, the job they did was extremely sloppy. When I picked up my vehicle, there was still a dent that had not been fixed, and to make matters worse, they had lost the roof molding trim.
The customer service at Chaz Limited is also severely lacking. The employees there seem to have no idea what is going on, and communication is practically non-existent. I had to constantly call to get any sort of update on my vehicle, even though they had promised to provide updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, they never followed through on this promise.
Overall, I would not recommend Chaz Limited on 5th Ave to anyone. The quality of their work is subpar, and their customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

These guys are THIEVES!!! Not only did they steal personal items totaling over $200, but they gave me a quote, then told me it “was just an estimate” when they wanted another $250 from me. Thankfully my dad was able to come support me….. all of the sudden “it was a mistake on our end” On top of that they left damage on a separate part of my car! They had my car nearly twice as long as expected. All around a terrible experience and I would rather pay double than work with them ever again.

Had my first ever collision and based on previous reviews, decided to go with Chaz Limited. From start to finish I was completely impressed. Customer Service was top notch, waiting room is super cozy and has refreshments. The repair didn't take long at all and it looks brand new. I highly recommend them!!

I would recommend Chaz Limited. They’re Great with their communication. They completed in timely manner extensive repairs that I needed on my car.
