Do not use this place. Their employees tell you one thing and the don't stand behind their word. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Out of state and can't come back when I recieved a text today saying it was the last day I could get my stuff. Someone got a deal. Certainly was not me.

Spent an hour going through the motions to try get $40 Loan on $150 pressure washer that Pawns at 99% of other pawn shops for$50. Confirmed! Employee says $30.then says my history will make it $25. I say look my history shows I haven't asked for a loan in 10 years. He says he needs manager approval. BARB-the Manager then participates in this EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT,...and says $25 is SALE PRICE!!! PAWN/LOAN PRICE is only $20!!!Smiling at each other employee and manager then make an illegal loan. They break the law AS 08.76.210. Are GUILTY OF FRAUD, AND CONSPIRACY to COMMIT FRAUD, and COLLUSION.When BARB the MANAGER lowers the loan to $20 and then charges $9 interest on a 30-day loan she commits three felonies collecting 45% interest on a 30-day loan.IN ALASKA the maximum is TWENTY PERCENT. Loyal customer for 20 years. New owners scammed me. I was approved for my back grounded check the same day to get my item back. They held on to it for a week after that, lying to me about calling me and when I called them they said it wasn't approved. Lies. Just to get an extra 50 dollars out of me. Dishonest people. Do not go to this location. $50 lesson. In life. Karma is real. Don't scam people. That is illegal and might do it to the wrong person one day.

Came to see if there was anything worth buying today. I accidentally unplugged a wire in the disgusting tangled mess of wires and it set off an alarm. A big knobby kneed bull moose of a woman in a $2 wig came charging towards my very obviously native boys dressed in native attire (qaspeq) to see what they were stealing. Racial profiling is disgusting, like the way we were treated at this store. My boys have never stolen. They work all summer to buy things for others. Avoid this place if you look like a native person. I told Bullwinkle that I didn’t know if I unplugged anything while trying to look at a wired sander. She told me not to be so rough with the things.

This place is shady all about customer no service. Sell defective items and scam and take advantage whenever they can. Do not trust them do not buy from them. I will no longer do business with them. run by crooks shame on you

Am a long time loyal customer and totally love Cash America pawnshops but will never use the Dimond location again .The store manager Barb , whom I been cool with for years totally did me wrong so that store lost my business.

The manager sold me something for $1 just so I could get into my car after having locked myself out. Awesome❤
