Everyone at this Carrs is always so nice. Today thought I wanna give a shout out to Raven, he went above and beyond to make sure I used the app and the paper to clip deals. He keeps up with the deals himself to better help the customers so…he takes the time for us and I wanna take the time and write him a 5star review

Fresh produce.. hot deli meals.. the employees here are very nice. It's a very busy place on Friday evenings. Mondays chicken and chicken tenders are a great deal.. I've seen the Store Manager jump in and help out his crew in the hot deli when they were busy. Great neighborhood store - Jewel Lake Carrs!

Shopping here is decent but I question the customer service on the front end a lot. I did not input the right bakery items and one of the cashier ladies just came over and looked over at what was in the box and just said “Yeah that’s not a donut” and fixed the mistake. I’m won’t deny that my mistake was okay but Do you really think that kind of greeting is okay?. How about “Excuse me sir/miss, I see you entered the wrong item let me fix that for you”. To just walk over to people and look at their purchases without saying anything can be quite startling as it was to me and to anyone else who wouldn’t know who is beside/behind them.

We love this store but Jennifer gave us the worst experience. We left very irate and feeling the whole day was ruin by this experience. She was SUPER slow and took her time. She has no sense of urgency and does not seem to care. Very disappointed that we have to get on here to write this.

This grocery store has been around since I was a teenager. That's about 30 years, Wow. It is nice to have a reliable place to get the produce and meat from local distributors in order to sustain great quality of living based on everything available in our communities. Let's protect our faith with the Father of the living God in the name of his only benevolent son Jesus Christ, with him all things are possible for family and country, and each other from Tierney and false media and demonic practices on our social climate. Pray and live by faith.

5 stars to KATHY, as she has always been super friendly and makes our shopping experience GREAT! However, this rating is solely for one particular individual, ANGELA who, no matter when or what I purchase, has been nothing but unpleasant and rude to me and my family on more than one occasion. I'm not sure if it's because we are people of color, but I have seen a huge difference in her treatment of customers who are Caucasian vs. someone of color like myself and my family. She has affected my shopping at this Carrs so much that I have stopped going and only send my husband or only go if it's an absolute must. Much like today, after not going for weeks, I needed something, and sure enough, ANGELA was there to make sure to be rude to me. I'm not sure why she's still employed there when customers AND staff all notice and have commented about her rude, unpleasant attitude. Management need to have a talk with her or keep her in the back away from people if she doesn't know how to interact properly! GIVE KATHY A RAISE AND A PROMOTION, BECAUSE SHE'S AMAZING!!!!!!
