(Review is for visit on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022.) Commonplace is waiting at the counter for one of the two hidden employees to actually look up to check on -uh, customers. Woman finally comes to the front counter after seeing me politely standing there, with a borderline scowl on her face, zero greeting, and says in a deadpan manner- "Ya here to pick up?" No, I say, I am here to get a flu shot. "Oh. Here." (As she shoves a clipboard onto the counter in front of me.) "Fill this out, (mumble, mumble)". Then, she says offhandedly (while waving her arm), "Go over there to the waiting room." Wow. Don't hurt yourself lady. Extra star for Paul Cho, who administered the shot, and like last year, was personable and efficient.

Very friendly and helpful. They will call your provider if needed and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Tried other pharmacies and this one has no problems/delays in three years.

The pharmacy techs are idiots. I called in a prescription, spoke to someone directly, I called back hours later and said they had not heard back on the said prescription. Except it wasn't the one I had asked for. Not even remotely close.. It was for a completely different script that I had filled 3 weeks prior. I can only imagine what my doctor is going to think trying to fill a 90 day supply 3 weeks in. I'm hoping there is no backlash. I expressed my concern to the careless tech and he goes "I GET IT! I GET IT!".......save yourself the trouble and go to Walgreens.
