I would love to leave a 5 star review, however the sell of the tv went smoothly, but delivery has been a nightmare 😕 I have taken off work twice to have my 100 in delivered and installed. This was supposed to be a christmas present for my husband mind you, and I ordered it the 13th. Today it was supposed to be delivered, nothing and I call... they say they only have me down for my sound bar install. I didnt buy a sound bar!!!! The installation is reinstalling mine after you put the new tv up. I have spent 1000s here for christmas to not have any answers on why I cant get my damn tv. Im about to get a refund and cut up my credit card there! Yall do better and make it right! One frustrated customer here! 😤

Refund headache as a total tech member. An employee had done the refund incorrectly to a closed PayPal account. It's been many days and the money has not made it back to me. Local store said they cannot help me because an employee had done the refund incorrectly and not as store credit. The manager Albert was kind and professional with the issue. He had suggested a few options. I reached out to customer service support with PayPal and Best buy. No one is able to help me. PayPal said that the money cannot be received by a closed account and Bestbuy said the money has been received. Bestbuy customer service states that there is nothing they can do for me. I'm currently out $899
Best buy customer support takes you to a call center base in India? I cannot understand a word they say and keeps saying that cannot assist me further. And tells me thank you for being a total tech member. After so many phone calls and research to reach a corporate member... I feel like I got robbed.

You have THE WORST delivery service I have ever experienced. I have tried 3 times (and waited hours every time) for the fridge I ordered over a month ago to be delivered. The first time it was cancelled for no identified reason after I had been waiting at home for hours for it. The second time I called customer service after the website updated that I needed to reschedule, and they confirmed that the delivery was simply delayed and would occur. They never showed up. I rescheduled again and somehow the fridge was damaged en route and again cancelled. i tried to switch so I could pick it up but somehow that will take 2 weeks longer than if I reschedule to have it delivered again. This is the worst experience I have had with any company, and it is still not clear whether I will get the fridge.

The workers wouldn’t help me get a vitamix blender on the top shelf, there were plenty of workers yet the one I asked would rather stand around and play circle jerk with their computer (ghost was his name). I’ll gladly get a different product from a place that actually cares about the customer. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money at BestBuy.

Maybe safer to order things online and not bothering to go inside.

Very poor customer service and extremely rude management. When I asked a manager if they could check other locations for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, he didn't even try. Instead, he rudely insisted that he knew for sure no other locations
had it in stock and then walked away.
I later checked online and was able to purchase the item at the Tikatnhu location, proving he was wrong and simply unwilling to help.
If you're going to this store expecting customer support or assistance, I strongly recommend avoiding this location and going to Best Buy on Tikahtnu instead. You'll save yourself time and frustration trying to find someone willing to help.
To make matters worse, most employees including the manager we approached were wearing jackets over blue shirts, making it difficult to identify staff. The only reason we approached him was because he had an iPad and a radio.
Overall, very disappointing experience.

Customer service is the bottom of the tier. You have to hunt down an associate and find what you want before (I suggest just looking online and knowing what you want). They act annoyed and if you ask them questions they’ll point you in a direction and walk away like you are bothering them. The products are great. But even simple things like asking associates to help you bring a tv to your car, they put it in the front by the doors and leave it at that. Rude when helping in general.

They really should do a documentary on this store to document the levels to which poor customer service can actually fall. This store is filled with people on headsets talking to each other while customers wander aimlessly, hoping to find something that they actually have in stock and they don’t need to order.
I requested help about 30 minutes ago. Two others have requested help since then and we’re all gripping tight, hoping that somebody may eventually come to help.
Follow up. Someone did finally show. A young, pimply faced, snowflake, who somehow knows even less about the product that I’m trying to buy than I do.
His final pearl of wisdom, “if you don’t see it out here that probably means we don’t have it, but I can order it for you“
I’m no Longer a portfolio manager, but I suspect if I was, based on this experience, I would consider shorting the stock.
