It's a Best Buy. Not a lot in stock most the time unless you're looking for apple products. Dimond's location is way better plus it has a Guitar Center.

Dragging my wife to this bestbuy was a hard sell because we’ve had terrible experiences with service and trying to find things that were “on stock” at the Dimond location. We’re pretty chill people so figured it was a one off thing, but it was every time and on several different occasions.When Melvin greeted us at the door with his positive attitude and offered to help us find anything we needed without being asked, we felt way better. He offered to at least point us in the right direction, which was way more human interaction than we’ve gotten in the last 4 trips to dimond combined. When we got to the aisle we were looking for, all of the display headphones worked, and the stock was where it was supposed to be too. Neither can be said for the location down south.It’s worth making the trip for this one even if it’s a few miles further than the south location

BestBuy at this locations has gone down hill fast. Went in to pick up a instore pick up just to be told they could not find it even though i was notified it was ready for pick up, then they told me just to "Try" and come back tomorrow for my purchase.

Thus location was 5 times faster than their south-town counter part. Much appreciated the 'no wait' time compared to waiting 15-18 minutes at the Dimond location. A++

I'm so done this place I went in to have my computer repaired with the warranty and when I asked if they could transfer the data to a new computer they said They are unable to do that in the store until it Is determined that it can be repaired After it gets the main place they Tell me that Some of the parts are not covered in the warranty because they did not come with the PC even though those are parts that they originally Put in here where I have to pay an additional 1005 hundredit learns to order the new parts After 2 weeks I call them up and they tell me that the parts arrived almost a week and a 1/2 ago and they haven't touched or repaired the computer yet Meaning it's been sitting there collecting dust and not being worked on like they're supposed to be doing They finally start working on it and get it sent to this location where I have A family member pick it up or they proceed to tell her that they could have transferred all the data into a new computer without a knee thing being paid extra which is not what they told me prior They also told me that I could come right in and pick it up while they told them that they had to make an appointment to pick it up these people need to make app their mind or they need to be retrained because this is not good for any customers or the staff team they need to figure out what they can and can't do and stop guessing because this has been my worst experience at a Best Buy ever So sorry to say it but I will no longer be coming to this Best Buy

Although the store generally has minimal staff - understandable given recent retail trends and pressures - the customer service is very good. The employees were friendly and responsive; helpful with a complicated purchase.

Called on the phone and spoke to Zach. He went over some electronic quotes of cash back for my iPhones. And Apple Watch. A couple hours later I arrive at the store (BestBuy) Muldoon location.A lady named Wendy, asked if I needed help when I reached the customer service section. I noticed she was fidgeting a lot and kinda jerking her limbs as she was talking to me. I ignored it assuming she may have had a disability of some sort. As I explained to her what a tech told me over the phone for my electronics, she very rudely cut me off and snapped "we do not purchase iPhones! Idk who you spoke to but NO."I didn't react to her energy at all I simply decided I will take the store credit.As I had my items analyzed fit trade in's, I was offered less than half of what I was offered on the phone with the best but representative Zach. I decided this visit was a bad idea.Used like New iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone XS, Apple Watch Series 6, together less than 300$?Compared to an estimated 850$ over the phone.Moral: don't go to Best Buy to trade in or sell your products. Sell online or check with your nearest pawn store.Also if you need customer service avoid Wendy. Or if you're bored, watch her for entertainment.Zach if your reading this, your awesome man. Wish I could've done a phone survey at the end of our call. Thanks for your superb customer service

I've had a great experience with the customer service most of the time. However, a few times I have walked out of this place without the items I was looking for and expected to find in this store. Their website indicated availability in the store.

The shelves were half empty. No customers to speak of, maybe 5-7? There were 7 employees around me and it was really hard to get help. When I finally could, the guy didn't know the difference between a power adapter for a printer and an Ethernet cord. Also the website claimed to have the cord in stock so I went there instead of ordering it and it was not there. Only stuff like HDMI cords and cell phone chargers. If that place is not going out of business it soon will. It already looks like it already. I'm done with the place.

I don't know why Google even asks for reviews about big brand box stores.Best Buy is fine. This one is clean and the staff are helpful.Good place to get last generation macbooks are literally unbeatable prices.Otherwise, you already knew what you were coming in here to get.

First I was willing to purchase a gaming computer, keyboard, mouse and screen for over $2000 cash, but until they wasn't willing to give me the dvd ($35) player for free. I figured why waste my money there, I'm sure if I was in the lower 48, they would have done it, so I went to high frequency

They rarely have things out on shelves, which is understandable considering people walking out with merchandise. But it's so annoying when there is no one to help you. If you happen to find someone to help you, they don't know where things are. It ends up being a complete waste of time.

I like the products, but customer service is so slow, and their online purchase is a nightmare with no updates sent at all. I had to call multiple times to get my order figured out.

I'm giving this Best Buy a 3 star because I like Best Buy but they are falling by the wayside because of Amazon. The shelves were running on empty. Not much staff running around but when I needed help I got it quickly. I hate when stores like this goes away. Which I am predicting will happen to best buy, they will shut their doors. ????

This review is for the geek squad warranty they sell. I bought it for an ice maker because online under small appliances it is listed that accidents are covered and I have small children. Sure enough one of my kids dropped the water refill tank and it cracked. I brought it in with the warranty and was told that some appliances aren’t included. I would say I should have read the fine print, but they did everything electronically in their store and never gave me anything to read that was contrary to what was listed online.It is dishonest for their website to say accidents are covered for small appliances when they actually are not for many products. I left feeling a bit cheated and like I wasted money on a service that I believed would help me in this situation but didn’t.Every store should stand by the products they sell and help customers in need. The guy would t even help me order a new one but said to just ‘do it online’. No thanks. They just lost my business.
