“I wanted to give kudos to Mark who works at this location of O’Reilly Auto Parts. I came in in Sunday to replace my driver’s side headlight bulb. He asked me what type I needed (halogen vs other) and I did not know. This helped me learn more about my vehicle.
Monday I returned to O’Reilly and bought the correct type of bulb. Mark was gracious and helpful and when we went to put the new bulb in my Subaru I discovered it was no easy feat thanks to the battery. Mark got the tools he needed and moved my battery so he could put the new bulb in.
I really appreciated his assistance and am back on the road safe & fully lit!”

“Brice and his team are phenomenal, they were able to accommodate me on quick notice to remove my Draeger interlock from my truck.
