Horrible customer service experience, would not recommend, we bought a dipnet, asked out of all the choices of nets which one do they use for dipnetting kasiloff and kenai, they sold us two baby nets about a foot wide. Went back the next day never used still everything on it and would not return, fist thing they said after we told them what happened was sorry zero return policy sorry. So after arguing back and forth for mins we asked to speak with a manager and after 5 mins and finally came over and told them what happened, as the front so lady’s where arguing on who sold it and how we can’t return l, when all we wanted to do was switch it out for the $139.00 nets and pay the difference, would not recommend horrible customer service from two short heavy set ladies with glasses. They both are very confrontational and a simple fix, what would have been a few mins took way longer and had to record the whole experience and take photos.. shame on BnJs for selling wrong equipment and not returning it… would not recommend at all , Cabelas and Bass have better service for a small higher price to pay

This store is an Alaskan fishing store. I believe they must ever fishing rig for saltwater or freshwater used in AK. The employees are super knowledgeable and like to help you. They sale the legal size shrimp cages (pots). I purchased a fishing reel and had new line spooled on the reel. It probably didn't the 5 minutes before I was ready to check out. The have other inventory for boats. If you like to fish, you should go and check them out.

The best fishing tackle store in the state. Very knowledgeable staff and they are always willing to answer questions and give you the help you need. The people who work there genuinely love fishing. They have gear for all types of fishing in all parts of the state. they don't try to sell you more than you need. Good gear, Good People, Good service,

They know so much if you have any questions just ask. They are willing to talk and teach. We learned so much about shrimping here. Also check out the clearance stuff.
