I was a customer with Art Mathias for over a decade. Every time I added a vehicle or a child to my policy I paid up front with a credit card to make the change and then it was added to my monthly fee which I paid on autopay through my checking account. When I decided to close my account they billed me for an additional month. I thought it was an honest mistake and asked for a refund. After two months of phone calls they're claiming that they always provided the insurance up front and I paid after the fact. Seriously? Do you know of any insurance company that doesn't charge in advance? See if they'll give you the same deal. My advice is tell your bank to block their charges when you close your account.

Have been quite happy with the team at Art Mathias State Farm on Arctic Blvd ever since my old agent (Cathy Saario) retired. Hold home, multiple auto, and travel-trailer policies. Any time I need something, the staff are quick to respond and thorough in the outcome. I also hold tow/assistance rider for $10/yr per car. When I need roadside assistance, I call a tow company and afterwards email StateFarm the bill and they're quick to mail out the reimbursement. They'll email policy/coverage cards quickly if lost or needed for any reason. Friendly and polite on the phone. Love the app for paying bills and checking (and even changing!) coverage. Keep up the solid work.

There is nothing that Priscilla can't or won't do to try to help us deal with all of the insurance questions we have. She is consistently professional whether we are looking at our rates or changing the status of one of our vehicles or if we are involved in an accident. I could not recommend this office more highly. We've been with them for many years and do not plan to change.

With a time where customer service is very hit or miss, the office of Art Mathias has never fallen short. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and polite, they answer all your questions completely, and in the rare event that they are missing something, they simply reach out to one another to ensure their clients have all necessary details. My agent Priscilla in particular is just AWESOME. She always has the best attitude, upbeat and positive on top of being so helpful, offering suggestions and saving my butt more than a few time.
You guys are so great, and I appreciate your excellence every time I call.

We have used Art Mathias State Farm for years and have always found them very helpful. We have our home, our vehicles, and some personal items, and our life insurance all with State Farm. They have never disappointed us. They even went to bat for me with another insurance company who gave me grief when I was rear-ended.
