“Our experience at the Best Buy in Diamond Mall was truly exceptional. The manager, Chase, was incredibly kind and provided us with invaluable assistance. We had traveled over six hours to reach this location, as it was the closest available. Our initial visit to a different Best Buy had been less than satisfactory, as we received inaccurate information that caused us to miss a sale. Therefore, upon arriving at the Diamond Mall location and learning that the sale had concluded the previous day, we were quite disappointed. However, after speaking with the manager about our situation, he graciously honored the sale price for us. We were immensely grateful for his understanding and generosity, especially given the considerable distance we had traveled.”

Do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty, because it will save you money in the long run. I don’t know how many times I have brought in my son’s PS5 headset to get replaced. Once you use the warranty you just need to buy another warranty for the next time the item ends up breaking from abuse. In my personal opinion Best Buy has the best warranty out there.”
