Dan the service manager, and Dan the service pro, as well as the guys in Parts we’re all very friendly, hospitable, positive, and helpful. A buddy and I erode our BMW GS’s from Washing to Prudhoe Bay and down to Anchorage. My front tire looks roast, so I called Alaska Motorsports and Equipment (formerly Anchorage Suzuki Arcticat). They had the tire I needed and took the time to fit a me in to mount it. I removed the front wheel in the park lot and in 20 minutes it was mounted, balanced, and replaced. Being from the lower 48 and on a strict itinerary, necessitated that I get a new tire today and the guys at AME made it happen! If you’re going to ride to Alaska, and especially Prudhoe Bay and Anchorage, you can call, text, or emailDan Hannigan at AME and pre-order and pre-arrange service for just about anything. They do tires, sure, but what if you need an oil change or fork seals or any other repair or service? These guys will do their best to make it happen. Of course, calling ahead of time is best, but you never know what will happen on a motorcycle trip…so give these guys a call. I’m glad I did!

Chad, Brad and Dave are by far the most pleasant people I've dealt with in the motorsports industry. On top of the great staff their part prices are fantastic. Don't even need to justify "shopping local" when they charge the same as large online dealers. Don't know squat about those mendenhall things but good luck with them.

Got an alpha from here. Buying was easy, brad was cool. It had a few issues with small things, they’d let me drop it off early and get right to work so I could have it back before my workday was over. I work 10-6 in anchorage and live in Wasilla, these dudes worked on it at 9, and let me pick up after 6. They’ve helped a lot with aftermarket parts too.

Good crew working hard to keep you out having fun. They make sure to keep our Alaska eBike Store team sleds running at 100 . Easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to get you needed parts/oil/etc. Thanks David in service and Chad at parts!

Got the same exact bike here for cheaper than ak cycle center was trying to sell, in better condition! Staff seems very professional and respectful, would absolutely recommend this place to those looking for a motorcycle or snowmachine

I had my suzuki gsxr 750 scheduled for repairs. They told me its going to take 2-3weeks before they can start working on the bike explaining the cost of repairs would rage to $900 to $1000.after physically and visually the assessing the bike by the "owner" of the shop and their suzuki mechanic. They told me that they want to make sure that before they released the bike to me it will be running properly as it should and so they won't be held liable for anything. I agreed.waited. been patient. For 1 month and 2 weeks to be exact before they call me that the bike is ready.explained the things the mechanic has done to justify the price tag they charged me for over $900 plus.the work that would take me 2 hours to fix. Took them 1 month and 2 weeks. Anyways, took the bike home Friday night.rode it for 30 min.but before that low fuel is lighting so I went to the gas station and filled it up.still low fuel.called them up Monday morning to tell them the situation. They said I have to bring the bike.which would again i would be charged for how long it would take them to fix it and for parts.asked them "owner" and mechanic how long it would take. They said not sure how long coz they have to dig into the Gas tank etc. F$%@. It was sitting on their shop for 1 month and 2 weeks.and didn't fix the problem before turning it over to the customer and what happened to the promise of the "owner" of the artic suzuki that everything will be inspected and make sure that everything will be in place before returning it to the customer. Very bad customer service of the crew especially the "owner". Slow action by the mechanic. I know ordering of the parts take some time but really 1 month and 2 weeks then return to customer still broken. Only good person there is Chad. And the young lady.I wont recommend doing business with them neither having your motorcycle repairs done to the shop.u might as well do it yourself. Very bad "owner" response to customers.Promise given by the owner and mechanic but it was given poorly. Tsk tsk tsk.

Great dealer with amazing staff. I was blown away by the stellar service and quality of their workmanship. They really know what they are talking about amd so much information about the products they sell and service. I have found my new artic cat dealership and couldn't ask for anything more. Prices are reasonable and spot on too. They are my new go to. I highly recommend this business.

Bought a $2,000 generator here cash and was served well by the sales staff. When I ask about a credit score mistake to the top guy, he made a disparaging remark about my credit score and treated me with disrespect. Guy has obiously worked there too long if he pisses off potential buyers. Credit problem corrected, I am now looking at a Polaris quad.

After having a terrible experience at a different place in Alaska I decided to bring my machine to Anchorage Arctic Cat and I could not have been treated any better. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I was very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend going to them.
