I drove three hours to try to get a walk in appointment but unfortunately they didn't have any cancellations. Everyone was so kind and did their best to make me an appointment in the future. The sliding scale program is super helpful. I feel safer knowing I can afford this healthcare.

I believe this is a non-profit organization. I have been going there for a couple of years now and it has a good atmosphere and professional providers and staff.

Established care a few months ago. The Doctor was not caring and extremely cold, I left crying. Now I am following up on mychart and it’s been 3 weeks with no response. I have been calling to get a response and still not a word back.

The staff from the front line reception to the techs ending with the dentists are an incredible example of the best of Alaska.

This is a great place. They use a sliding scale for payments. They take medicaid and Medicare. Been going for more than 10 years. One Doctor the whole time.

I have never been treated so bad by a doctors office in my life
The Dr. They had me see was so rude and disrespectful. He complained about everything in my chart and criticized me for everything I take which aren't even addictive medications and I have been on these medications for 30 years because I need them and he said he would never prescribe that combination of drugs then he commented that he was sure the other Dr's also felt that way but they just wanted to get me out of the office so they would just fill them and move on. And he kept bitching about me not having a regular Dr well neighborhood health never assigned me to any one Dr I would just put me.with whatever Dr was available. I kept telling this rude Dr. That those are issues he needs to talk to the staff there about not the patient. Then he mentioned probably becoming none of the Dr's wanted me as a patient. I left in tears. Worst experience of my life by someone in the medical field . I don't recommend this place.

My provider and care have always been good. My appointments are timely and my provider responds to my requests and/questions within a reasonable timeframe.

I’ve recently visited the clinic and my appointment felt short and unprofessional, i was told that the primary care doctor had a student who’s studying to be a doctor or somewhat I don’t remember, but I’m still extremely not satisfied of how my visit was I spoke about my health concerns i am extremely worried about and all they did was look into my ears and nose and told me to pee in a cup. Did not help me at all told me that ( I am fine ) they didn’t even help me with the problems I was concerned about and wanted to be helped with I just felt like they were trying to quickly get rid of me. I haven’t been to the clinic for over about 11 months and my visits before were actually helpful for me but I stopped coming after awhile due to work and my mental health. I’d go again to see if they’ll actually do a better job on helping me but I don’t want it to be a waste of money again.

Professional and caring doctors. Lab personnel are also very friendly and helpful. Even the security guard is friendly, professional and helpful.

Waited two weeks for an appointment and they cancelled it the morning of without even an attempt to call, linking me back to the scheduling page to start the process over from scratch. Definitely the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a medical office.

Worst Experience of my LifeThey will only treat you if you make them your primary doctor even if it was your primary who sent u to them for treatment....TOTAL SCAM to get money...Don't waste your time or effort. The lady I saw had NO CLUE why I was there or What for??? Never got my file...Nothing...Did I mention I waited for 5 months for this appointment and left with nothing. But they did manage to send 2 cops to my primary drs office and got me fired by my primary...Real nice people
