We moved from Alaska to Arizona and we are VERY happy with Alisons Relocation. All aspects went very smoothly; from the initial conversations, site visit, scheduling, packing, transport, delivery and unloading. Everything happened as Alisons said it would - there were no surprises. The communications throughout the entire move was excellent. They kept us informed and were always available to take my calls. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and responsive.

Not only was I happy with the price for relocating my home in town here to another home; I was happy with the movers.
They listened well and tried to please.
They were very pleasant the whole three days which kept me motivated.
This was my third experience with Alison’s Relocations and all three have been very satisfactory.

House, Kano and Emanuel helped us move across town and they were awesome! Such hard workers and so considerate of our home and protecting our floors and walls while moving our stuff. Allison’s Relocations is super easy to work with and they do a great job. Highly recommend!

When my uncle passed away he left behind a baby grand piano that was gifted to us. The piano was an hour away and my aunt was in the process of moving out of state. I contacted Alison and was able to schedule a move the same week. Even on the coldest day(-36°), the piano was successfully delivered. They packed and protected it for its journey to its new home. On arrival they were careful with bringing it into the house, used moving blankets, protected my floors, set it up and made sure it was where I wanted it. Customer service and time was great. Thank you for everything. Having my uncles piano safe and sound means the world to us.

To reiterate from the bad experience Alison McDaniel, the owner of this moving company, had provided to us after dealing with them about unrepaired removable car bench seat. They had me to go all over, spanning two counties, to get the repair estimate they requested, only to receives the 10% of the repair cost. While on my way down to my new home, they called me to rescind my supplemental insurance that would have been paid to have my removable bench seat repaired, but no...they said in order to save money...I had to remove the insurance. Looking back, they damaged the seat and then called me....

I used Alison's for a major relocation to Alaska. I gave 5 stars because the owner of this company and her team are AWESOME! They kept me informed, they answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion and if I had to move again I would use Alison's. Alison is very professional and reasonable. Love her tons!

I gave them directions that they needed to call me and tell me when they we're getting ready to come to the move site so I can meet them. I was going to meet them as I was in a different location already. Also I told them they would need tools to dismantle a bedroom set. They didn't call or bring a single tool. So it took longer to do the move and they charged me for their incompetence. Do not recommend this company.

Do not use this moving company. It is STILL a nightmare. 1st they packed items from a closet that had a large " do not pack". Of course these items did not make it to our new home.When they were ready to deliver they charged us another 700 dollars stating their truck could not getting into our driveway. Which meant all our belongings were off loaded and put on another truck. Alison's said they had no control over the movers here and no guarantee if they packed or did not pack all our stuff. Now we have no recourse no settlement...nothing for over 4mths. Don't ever use this company.

Our experience with this outfit was a short lived one. We received a nice postcard in the mail and made them one of our three bids. We just couldn't get past the breakdown in trust. Pity too, we wanted to hire these folks. On Wednesday, a very nice gentleman named Ben came to the house. He was a no nonsense, get to work kind of guy. Quickly assessed all of our possessions and came back with a very reasonable estimate. After we received our final bid on Thursday, we called Ben back, the next morning. He had the day off and will be back on Sunday. Sounded odd. But what do we know about the moving business? We had the woman set our packing date for 11 days later on 8/22, while we waited for Ben to get back to us with more details. Long story short, no return call Sunday or Monday. My wife finally called Ben the next night and he told her that he and I had spoke and set everything up for the 22nd. But he and I never spoke. He's yet to call either of us. I'm not sure why he'd blatantly lie like that but if he isn't honest on a simple call to confirm he'd won the contract, seems to me nothing he said could be trusted. Low price is important. But these are our lifetime memories. Being able to trust the folks moving them is far more important. Here's another thought. They drive the load through Canada. Not the using the barge. I've driven the AlCan, twice. Not sure I want my valuables bouncing through Canada like that! 09/23
