Spent $18 to wash my car and expected to use the free vacuums. There were no vacuum hoses on any of the vacuums. They may be free but they can't be used. What gives?

Brought my dodge grand caravan in the other day and unfortunately left disappointed after spending the $25 for the highest-tier wash and coating. Extensive missed spots on the roof, rear, and low-sides of the vehicle and almost no change to front bumper bugs.
Suggest alternatives in the area or DIY home wash.

I love going here , have a monthly membership, but for some reason my kia carnival which is a family van always has some soap left on back window.
