Spent $18 for the "deluxe" wash. By the end, windshield still had some visible dirt marks, and the front grill and bumper were still covered in DRY dust and dirt that was easily wiped off with my finger without applying pressure. You're better off paying a neighborhood kid $5 or $10 to soap up the car and spray it with a water hose than to use this wash, in my opinion.

The machines that take your payment are inconsistent. The majority of the time, my card, after many times inserting, just will not work. And then, there are a few times it works the first try. Most of the time, I need to contact someone who works there. This time, the woman in front of me had many trails with her card.

I had the loveliest experience there today! I came by to get a basic wash with the weather being so inconsistent and as I was wiping down my license plate a gentleman in yellow coveralls walked over and asked if I wanted a re-wash. This hasn’t happened before so naturally I was very confused and then he proceeded to show me that the wash had missed a spot on my passenger side. I laughed and explained that my car was pretty dirty to begin with and he said he’d be happy to get me a re-wash if I had time. I took him up on the offer and my car looks wonderful!
To the gentleman in the yellow coveralls: if you see this, thank you again! I appreciate your kindness and integrity when you noticed my cash wasn’t completed cleaned through. Sometimes technology can fail us and it really means a lot when there are people like you there to catch what machines miss. Thank you!

This is nice car wash with free vacuum. I would not expect too much from a free of charge vacuum. It does the job. The car wash is very clean and strong somewhat but it only uses water pressure with no brush or cloth touching the car so expect some stain left if the car is with some long due mud or sth on it. Basically you get what you pay for. I personally prefer the cloth from Tommy's car wash.

This is my first review of a car wash I purchased the $25 dollar wash thinking my truck was going to be very clean somehow this car wash actually made my truck dirtier and had major excessive soap so I went to a hand wash to clean all the soap and stuff that this outdated car wash missed. Place is prehistoric.

My only complaint is the monthly service that bills you has screwed me over many ti.es double charged and many times the scan doesn't work and I end up paying with my credit card then they never reimburse me when the tell me to email them a copy of my bank charges! I literally want to stop using this service but none of the other car washes offer the monthly service without the under car wash as an option. I've had electrical issues caused on 3 of my vehicles and I do not want the under wash! I also don't want the touch car wash and I n3ed 24 hours wash so I'm trapped at this car wash. I'm truly fed up with the monthly service plan company. The guys at the car wash are Amazing though. The local car wash is great the company that bills You needs to be changed. They claim to have 24 hour service yet that's not true. If you have a problem you have to be at the car wash to get someone on the phone say after 6 pm and then they are from over seas and don't understand the problem and are almost always rude and unhelpful. I've been charged multiple times a month for the monthly service because I kept cancelling the service and they never did cancel it even though I kept calling and going online to cancel it. Then I started a new acct after they said they cancelled it with my new car and just to find out they continued to charge me also on the cancelled acct. I've never gotten one dime back!

I pay $70 / per month to get the best wash they provide. My truck comes out looking streaky and still filthy every single time. Don't waste your money here & find a car wash that will leave your vehicle looking like you actually got it cleaned! Very disappointing.
