Alaska Geographic Association came aboard our cruise ship along with the rangers. They had a table set up with items to purchase. Unfortunately, I was overcharged as the woman working marked the wrong item. I didn't realize it until we were disembarking so no chance to get a refund.

During store hours, no one working willing to make a sale in the retail department. Despite calling ahead, open building, and people working, I was told to come back in a week.
