Clean, not very crowded, washrooms are far away. Rental cars place was easy to find. But there is no receptions in rental car garage, we had hard time trying to contact the second car in our group.

I was stressed out about calling and making reservation changes- given the automated calling systems these days-BUT I had the best experience on the phone. Routed fast, hold wasn’t too long- and the customer rep on the phone was very helpful. I did have the info ready to go which helped- thanks again!

Always alaska been flying with them since I was a baby. So 42 years. If I was a pilot I could retire. Lol always have a good experience. Alaska seatle route. Then off to wherever. Thank you for years of wonderful service. Already planing the next trip. And it starts with alaska airlines

The worst customer service. The baggage service department is a joke. Not one person was helpful or kind. Traveling is stressful enough as it is you would think they would hire people to work at the airport that like being around people and helping people. So disappointing. A terrible experience, I will never forget.

would love to give this place a 5 star unfortunately Eleanor at the Juneau front desk won't allow it u see she's been here 23 years and hates her job so it automatically makes her hate customers too maybe term limits aren't such a bad idea

We are a specialist medical team who dedicates our time to help make sure Alaskan children have access to care. While flying to Nome to make a connecting flight to Shishmaref (a remote Alaskan village) to treat Alaskan native children we were told our medical equipment and food would have to be put on standby. We asked if there could be an exception for medical equipment and we would just not have food but Sida the manager said “the policy says no.” Alaska Airlines does not care apparently about Alaskan Native Children. They have chosen to place our equipment on standby at the risk we could possibly not be able to treat Alaskan Native children. We fly out twice a year and have never been forced to put any equipment on standby until today. We only have 5 days to treat the needs of the children when we travel out. Any delay stops the process that has taken months and lots of funds to plan. Funny that they are located in Seattle and have an Alaskan Native’s face as their logo….yet can’t make an exception to help people trying to help Native Children.

My mom left last night to Oregon and when she got off this morning she noticed things missing from her luggage and another bag. the employees of AK airlines stole her belongings, this airline is not to be trusted. Highly do not recommend.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Customer service is abysmal. Repeatedly failing to make in state connections. I personally have lost thousands of dollars in lost and mis-shipped cargo. Not to mention lost wages and additional expenses because of their inability to preform the job they are definitely over charging for. Maybe my mood would improve if they at least gave you some crackers as they waste your entire day failing to do their job

If you want an airline that makes you wait 9n line... just have you wait in another line, this is it. Comped my baggage fair but probably not making my flight.. TSA "2 hour rule" squashed. Two clerks to roll baggage and not a single care in the world.

I honestly hate searching for tickets due to the way the airline industry hides and adjusts pricing. It's essentially price gouging and should be regulated.
