As long as the Anchorage branch, specifically Angela and Kalen, continue to work at AAGCU I will always bank at this institution. The relief I personally (and I do a lot), if I have any issues is invaluable to me. The intimate knowledge they posses combined with the efficiency they perform their jobs is priceless and only comes with experience and good leadership skills.
From help with mortgage questions, IT assistance, car loans, unlocking a frozen credit card while traveling, advice on paperwork for beneficiaries in case of an unexpected life event, the list is endless.
No matter where I am on the road I always call this office first because I know I will get the fastest and most thorough resolution. It doesn’t hurt that they are always super friendly and professional as well.

I used the Air Group credit union for an auto loan recently, and I was very impressed with both the service and the interest rate offered. I worked Mary Chica, and she was great… super quick to respond to emails and voicemails.
