I was treated with respect and like ppl., not just a clientThe price most of all is the bestMines outside but only cuz it's a large sizeI hope other get to know about it

Very Rundown, units filled with rats, black mold and owner broke the lock to get inside unit!!! Horrible place, hurry move out before your items go missing!

The staff is great and they are willing to work with you. Only draw back is not open on the weekends.

I am not impressed with service as of yesterday. Let me start with...we has a delinquent account for my husbands storage unit. This is the 2nd time. The first time was about 3 months behind, now we are well aware that when you become delinquent on an account that the unit gets padlocked up and you don't have any access to your unit. Until it's paid to current. Ok that's fine. And that's how it happened the first time, we had a delinquent account and had no access to our unit ( padlock ) We paid the balance to current. As the weather outside was freezing and my husband has Parkinson's, we couldn't get the storage locked. Fine. We went back this time, again; delinquent account and paid to current. Now, heading to the storage unit...fresh tire tracks. NO padlock to keep us or anyone else out of the unit ... as they did the first time we didn't pay our bill. And upon looking inside the unit...everything had been gone through along with items inside the unit stolen! Now the lady that was working there dismissed my husband upon questioning her and she avoided eye contact as well, which is suspicious to say the least. My recommendation...find a different storage unit company. They are unprofessional.

This place has no respect professionalism or manners!!!!! Nor do they have any security some one just drove up cut my lock loaded up my stuff and drove away and the front desk seen nothing f@%k this place

Rude customer service. Cheap monthly fees, which makes it appealing. But the person running the front desk is rude, impatient, and unhelpful. I would not recommend renting here. Apparently, the owner lives out of the country and not able to be contacted. There are better places to do business. I wonder what the real story is. It's too bad. I tried several times to resolve the issue to no avail. It's ok to do business here if you never have to engage the staff. Otherwise downsize get rid of stuff or go somewhere else.
