Best place to get scammed !. After waiting the whole night to be assisted first thing in the morning, the mechanic finally started working on my truck around 8 am—not too bad, right? However, things quickly went downhill.
After fixing a leak in the rear wheel seal, I received an invoice for nearly $600. When I questioned the exorbitant price, they claimed the seal was $104 and the rest was "LABOR" at $156 per hour. They charged me $468 for 3 hours of labor, even though the job was completed in less than an hour.
When I tried to speak with the manager, I was met with hostility and a lack of respect. Their response was, "Just pay it or you don't get your truck out. If not, good luck." It almost felt like I was dealing with threats.
Avoid this place at all costs. They are horrible scammers with no regard for their customers.

My experience was not the best. The prices are more expensive for a one-hour job. They want to charge you 3. I don't recommend them.

My experience was not good in this place, they charged me $600 for a job that was done in 1 hour and they wanted to charge me for 3 hours of work. I asked to speak to the owner and the man in the office with a bad attitude told me that it couldn't be done.

Great place & knowledgeable mechanics !
If you are around the Tuscaloosa AL area..do not go to no other spot trust me it's worth the drive ! They have reasonable prices & very great at what they do man..They helped me out so much & been great ! They service semi's & trailers they have used tires as well as new they are great man come check them out !!
Caveman & Ol Joe are the best !!! Seriously no kidding they will be happy to assist you !! ? ?

I ran over a construction cone that was on the middle of the road early morning before day break. I discovered later that over half a tank of def had leaked out. Loves and petro mis diagnosed the problem. Petro even replaced a part that was not broken for $400 then I started getting codes and a system derate. Called the dealer they wanted me to drop the truck off and check back with them in they estimated 3 days. They charge over $200 a hr.
I remembered Mike's truck and trailer repair and had heard that they did some Def work. I called them and fully explained the problem and they said bring the truck and they will take care of all the issues. They found the leak and knocked out all the codes in a few hours, while I waited in the comfort of my truck. The bill was reasonable and I was impressed with there work and hospitality .
