Every month I pay 8.50$ to send Alimony check to Mobile requiring Signature verification, I get it back with a scribble, not her signature at all. Why pay for NO service?

The people in the actual post office are fine. It's the carriers that are the problem. Instead of stopping with certified letters, they'll put a 'hate we missed you' notification in the mail - even if you're standing right there waiting for it. Scheduled package pickup is a joke. They NEVER pick them up, then they have lame excuses about it. You're better off just taking them to the post office. My latest issue was putting a small box in my mailbox on Saturday before Labor Day for the carrier to not stop and pick it up. The flag was up, so no excuse. This was something I sold on eBay, so now it will be delayed for the buyer. I shouldn't have to drive to the post office every single time I mail something that fits in the mailbox. Calling the actual post office does no good because it keeps happening.

I have lived here for a little over a year and USPS has had issues delivering almost every package to my address. Either it is sent to the wrong address, broken, or lost. They never follow up nor do they ever answer phone calls or service requests submitted. Timeliness is lacking and customer service is inadequate. They also have no gumption or follow through. If I didn't know better I'd think it was intentional

The worst post office I’ve ever dealt with the young lady already destroyed 2 mailboxes and several in my neighborhood to get a package today that Amazon sends to them to deliver I just called them and told them don’t send anymore items to my house from this particular carrier only to get a package today I’m watching her out my window on the curve at mailbox writing up this attempt to deliver slip when she never pulled in the driveway to let me know she was attempting to deliver anything I have 6 cameras plus a ring doorbell that don’t show her even trying to attempt to do anything but sit at the mailbox and write up her letter on the curve this particular carrier is very lazy

During a crazy experience with USPS, Angela at the Wilmer, AL post office was nothing but helpful. After numerous attempts to solve a problem with a looping package with the 1-800 customer support number and getting nowhere, Angela was able to help the most and get the package to the destination. Thank you for your help.
