“I went in yesterday to have vibration checked from the steering wheel. Within minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a solution was found. I had to have a tire ordered and it was out on today. “Had an excellent experience buying my truck from Ethan here at Joe Bullard. I have been to many dealerships and have never had such a fast and good experience ever. I actually came in to look at a different truck but after test driving it realized I wanted something different and within 5 minutes Ethan had pulled up a truck that was much more of what I wanted. Didn’t even have to haggle over a price and what I was offered for my trade was more than I expected going in. They have been very helpful in fixing an issue the truck had with the rear door lock and the light staying on when parked and stand by their word when they say they’ll get something fixed. I definitely plan on coming back for our next vehicle and can’t recommend them enough.”
