I have a question? The Dropbox outside was turned around where you have to get out of your vehicle. I thought the purpose for these was so you didn't have to get out of your vehicle. The old ones were correct but some bright person turned them around. This is the post office in the Wetumpka alabama

I am writing a bad review because of a lady who is too lazy to simply drop off our package. When we asked why we were not getting our packages. The lady who ships our mail simply said that she does not want to drive her van up our driveway. Now I understand if she cannot do this because of something wrong with her van, but if there is something wrong with her van than she should 1. get it fixed or 2. Just simply walk 10 steps up our driveway to deliver the small package. Now I'm not saying that everyone is rude in this company. I've met some super nice people which is why I'm giving it three stars instead of one, but I am so outraged at how lazy people can be.

This Thanksgiving I'm grateful for Wetumpka USPS. The sender mistyped my address so my package was set to return to sender. I realized that this store closes at 12 on Wednesday but I decided to head that way to see if I could catch anyone even though they had been closed for 3 hours. To my pleasant surprise not only were there people there the day before Thanksgiving but they were more than happy to help me out. Thank you for your help today!

Two separate times a package was supposed to be delivered, there were notices left stating unable to deliver. Both said they rang my doorbell- once at 8:43am on one day and then an again for the other package 2 days later at 12:15pm. My cameras clearly show not a single person showed up at my front door either day. And I was home both days, ALL DAY. The slips stated I could pick up my items from this location 24 hours after the notices. So I went, and they had no idea where they were. This location and most of the employees need to be retrained or replaced. Each box totaled $400 in items. *****DONT SEND OR USE THIS LOCATION.******

Package was delivered around 12:30 today in my mailbox, go to check, nothing, then around 2:30pm my other 2 packages were delivered to my front door/porch, again checked and nothing! Then I got to get my regular mail since informed delivery said I was getting 5 pieces of mail today and nothing!! We're constantly getting packages for a different address and we always take them and drop them off to the correct address but this is getting ridiculous!

Please if you get the new mailboxes popping up in Montgomery, don't put them so far from the curb that they are unusable unless you get out of car. Please put them closer to the curb especially for us handicap individuals. Thank you.

Don't drop mail off here. About 1/5 of my wedding invitations did not make it to their destinations. Did not come back to me either, and they were sent out a month ago. So here's a warning not to drop anything important here.

If I could use 0 stars it would be earned and I would. There are absolute thieves working here!! I had a $250.00 sweater STOLEN from me on Martin Luther King Jr. day. The sweater was marked as delivered to our mailbox and it wasn’t. I opened up a missing package case and the answer was, “it was left in another mailbox can you have the company send you a new one?” The very next time this happens I’m filing a police report- with this most recent theft they’re at about 325.00 of theft from me and $500 is felony territory. Despicable!!!!!

Wetumpka Fort Toulouse post office is COMPLETE GARBAGE well at least the mailbox person for Pauline circle is...she discriminates and choose whose mailbox is in compliance and grandfathered in and our mailbox has been there before I was born... HAVEN'T RECEIVED MAIL IN OVER 4 DAYS

I received 2 text messages this morning with 2 updates saying my package will be delivered between a certain window of time both times and then I received another text saying a deliver attempt was made and no access to deliver location. I work from home and no attempt was even made! I found the 800 number and explained to the lady what I received and all and the rude lady kept telling me that it was a generic text that I received and that it was never out for delivery!! And maybe tomorrow I'll get my package!! Wouldn't bother me if it wasn't contacts that I needed today!!

I've only had 1 package that was not delivered to me it was droped off down the road and luckily the lady was nice and honest and call my number off the package and put it in my mail boxshe said it has happened before ?♀️?♀️
