I just called Riverside Chevrolet to inquire about buying a vehicle. I spoke with Jerry. He asked where I lived and when I told him Birmingham, he said he would not sell me a vehicle because I was out of his market. I told him I was not looking for them to transfer a vehicle, I would be coming there. He said I could not. He has been instructed by the owner to only sell to people the would be a return customer. I live 1 hour away, so I am not sure why he thought I might not be a return customer; however, I can now assure him that I never will be!

Patrick, Larry and Wes were genuinely friendly, helpful and professional. Jim is very knowledgeable and got a better interest rate than I could get through my credit union or bank. The buying experience is far superior to any dealership I have used. We will be retuning customers. Thank you gentlemen for your help and we love our Tahoe!

Pat and Wes run a great dealership. They're products are clean and worth the money compared to most vehicles I've seen at other dealers. However, I was disappointed with the finance options provided. I was told that none of their bank providers could give me a rate below 7% on 84 months on 2019 truck. I have average credit or better. Other local dealers pulled my credit and got me in the 4-5% range on trucks that were 3 and 4 years older. So I'm not sure if Riverside should expand their banking options for their customers or if they're not as motivated to sell trucks. Either way I wanted a deal and didn't get it done due to interest rates
