Open-Admission Shelter supporting Elmore County Alabama residents.
Appointments preferred.Animal must have been found in/live in Elmore County
MON – FRI: 8 am - 5 pm SAT: 8 am - 4 p
AFTER we receive & approve the Adoption Application we will set up appointments:
MON – FRI: 10 am - 4 pm SAT: 10 am - 3 pm CLOSED Sundays & Major Holidays.
We house 200-300 animals on any given day. We care mostly for dogs and cats, but have helped all species of small mammals, birds, reptiles, farm animals and more. We are not equipped to take in wildlife but will work to help any wildlife brought to us get to the appropriate rehabilitation center.
Adoption approval is at the discretion of the Shelter Staff. Intake restricted to residents of Elmore County.
