I’ve never written a review for a medical professional or facility, but feel compelled to do so. If you are looking for a medical practice and a provider, you cannot find better than Holtville Family Practice, and Jenny Mann. Each staff member at HFP is caring, kind, and greets you with a smile. They go out of their way to be accommodating, and they truly care about their individual patients. Jenny Mann, CRNP was my provider for years at another practice. My husband and I followed her here, and I am so glad we did! Jenny is always very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to get to know her patients, spending as much time as necessary with them, whether seeing her for a problem, or just for a routine screening. Jenny is a credit to her field. It is rare, given the current state of healthcare, to find the quality of care that Jenny and the staff at HFC provides. They are exceptional!

Out of all the medical facilities I have ever been to, whether in Florida, Kentucky, or California, Holtville Family Practice has been the most compassionate, diligent, and effective facility I have experienced. Carey Williams and her nurses and staff are studious, kind, and greatly caring. Their new building is even more convenient and comfortable for their clients, and even the front desk and billing staff help you to leave with a peaceful heart and a grateful smile! You can not find a better doctor's office in the area!

I was a Patient of Carey's back when she was in Millbrook. She was the best, and I've always wanted to be a Patient of hers again, and certainly would've made the drive to do so. Oh well.... I called HFP on 11/10/21, Wednesday 8:30am. The person that answered the phone was not nice and friendly, she was rude and argumentative. During this conversation, I was attempting to make an appointment, in the same rude manner informed me that there was a two week wait, cause they were booked for the next 2 weeks. I mentioned that I used to be a Patient of Carey's, and would like to be again. Once again, in the same rude manner, (as if it was a chore) asked for my name, address, name of insurance ect.. said she would call me back with confirmation. Today is day 3, and nothing.

I have been seeing Carey Williams for 15 years. She has always listened to my concerns and answered ever question I have asked. She doesn't make you feel like you are just a number. She has been there for me through a divorce and the death of my Mother. She was very encouraging and guided me through them. When I go to a specialist, I run that information by Carey, before I agree to anything. That's how much I trust her. Because I know she wants the best for me. She cares that much! She's more than my doctor, she's my friend. Her staff, is just the same!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had in health care. Carey LISTENS and tries her absolute hardest to help you with your health and cares with her whole heart. Every time I step in her office and talk to her, no matter what the issue is, I always walk out feeling better.
