Just left Gray’s Automotive in Wetumpka nextdoor to Hog Rock BBQ.. They repaired our car tire and were very professional & courteous, which is rare these days. We highly recommend them.

Great guys. I had a stupid nail in my tire and they took me first thing in the morning and had me fixed and ready to go in no time. Didn't even charge me! I appreciate them!!

I am from out of state working in Wetumpka Al and needed an emergency hole patched on my tire before I made the long drive back home . I came in right at closing time to see if they could help and they immediately put my car in the shop and fixed it right then without any appointment. Joseph was the guy at the counter that helped me and he was the best. Unbelievable customer service. If you are ever needing tires or service done this is the only place you should go.

First time coming to Gray's Tire and Service Center and wanted to try it because of the good reviews from Google. I came in for an oil change and oil filter change ($67.94). They did an inspection on my car and found that I needed to change my cabin air filter ($40.32), air filter ($43.59), and a brake fluid flush($183.54). I was happy they helped get my car checked and took care of my vehicle. They were also kind enough to put car tire valve caps on all my tires because some of them did not have them. Two of the previous places, Toulouse Tire Pros and Wetumpka Tire Pros, I went to get my oil change and oil filter change did not provide the level of service and inspection level that Gray's Tire and Service Center did.
I hope to use this company in the future and experience the same level of excellence, service, and standards.

Best tire place around Wetumpka. Went in to have a tire patched. Employees were nice and very helpful. The waiting area was clean and stocked with Keurig coffee The patch was free and done quickly. I have used Gray's several times and they always take good care of me.

Getting off work and discovered a nearly flat tire, I called Gray's Tire at almost closing time. They said bring the car on down and it would take about an hour to repair. Well, it took about half the time. These guys, Joseph Aarick Devorious were the nicest and most knowledgeable ever!

The service was excellent and the people were very nice. On a busy Friday, I had a nail in my tire that they took care of fast. Their shop was clean and cool while I waited. I will definitely go back for my car service.

My son vehicle had and oil leak. My wife took it to Gray's due to proximity, They had it on and off for Two weeks!!! Telling me all is well each time I Drove from Birmingham to Wetumpka to pick it up.. (It was not well). The last time they had it for 3 Days!!! Didn't even check the vehicle out, To see the issue but told me with CONFIDENCE that I Need a New Motor, and they can do it for the low Low price of 10K!!! (Mind you this is a 2014 model that I paid 4k for. ) Needless to say I chose to opt for a second opinion. Turns out the leak was caused by a broken O ring.. Get this Cost to fix 0.75. Because of that experience I just want to say FAAAWWWWWK GRAY'S!!!!
As a Company, Establishment, and Place of Business and When ever Gray's is Brought up in any conversation I don't care if it's the color gray .. This will be my Reply...

We had repairs completed at the Wetumpka location. It sit at the location for 2 weeks. Finally picked it up only for it to continue to make noise, then carried it to another repair shop, only for them to tell us it needs the same repairs again. It was not completed correctly. Grays will not take our calls (blocked our numbers) or will they stand behind their repair work.
