Messy messy store. U-boats in the aisles you can’t even get around easily. I’m so glad I’m not in a wheelchair. And they’re closed a lot during normal business hours. Somebody in upper management needs to intervene!

Had to change my review. The last year it’s went down hill. They don’t open on time and shelf’s are never stocked the inventory just sitting in the isle. I’m now standing outside the store while they have a sign on the door that reads gone to bathroom but the girl is standing inside trying to tell me something. There has been multiple people walk up and have now left.

Store looks like absolute trash. There’s product all over the aisles and floors, it smells, and the employees dont care, but can you blame them? If you treat your employees like robots AND have low pay? Then y’all act shocked when they quit and say “No one wants to work.” but really thats just an easy line for businesses to avoid improving by shifting blame.
Dollar General is more worried about putting 8 stores in a small town than actually maintaining their existing stores.
Your customers arent happy, neither are your employees, but that fat check corporate gets is worth it all I guess.

Absolutely Disgusting in here. Upon arriving, I walked in and get hit with the WORST smell, literally smelt like throw up and old milk. I continue to walk in a to grab the 1 thing I need but was unable to find it. I decided to ask for help just in case I was checking the wrong spot. When I ask the employee up front he gave me a look and told me if I "looked hard enough", which was extremely rude. When I said I did look, he responded with "then that obviously means we don't have it right now" and turned around and walked into this other room.Then I continued to walk around the store 1 more time, in hope to maybe come across it before I left. While walking around the store, there was carts of stuff not put up, blocking most of the walk ways. Old food on the floor (like actually food that someone eat). In the dairy section there was old milk spilled all over the floor, and I'm 10000% sure that's where the smell was coming from that filled the store. And up near check out there was a complete mess of stuff that had just fallen off the wall and left there. Trash and things spilled on the floor not cleaned up.WORST DOLLAR GENERAL I'VE EVER BEEN TOO.Edit: I went in here a couple weeks since this Post, not much has changed, but there is the sweetest older lady that works here, and she was cleaning when I walked past her, and when I was leaving she asked me if I had left a drink at the register (it wasn't mine though) and then told me to have a great rest of my night and went back to cleaning with a smile humming to herself.Find more workers like her

This is the absolute WORST DOLLAR GENERAL EVER in Alabama.
DIRTY AND VERY DISGUSTING ?? THE aisle is messy, it's always out of stock on what you're looking for. Floors, bathrooms every thing needs to be over hauled Closed the Store until you have hired employees that actually give a damn. Dollar general don't pay much but atleast clean the store

Upon arriving yesterday I saw a rather large woman with purple hair and a bandage near her mouth,, sitting on the waters outside on the cart that WE...THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PURCHASE. Thats just not a good look. Today the same woman is there but instead with pink hair and bandage off her face with open soars showing I don't want to seem judgemental but at some point a dress code,etc has to be implemented. This is not a good look for dollar general especially one that sells fruit etc, acting as a mini grocery store.

I was in the area and i so happened to stop by. I was thoroughly impressed w/ the friendly customer service I received by the young lady at the store. My only complaint however is that it's so hot almost as if the air conditioning isn't working in the store. Besides that I give them a 5 star rating.

None of the employees had on mask. Customers didn’t even have on mask. No social distancing. It’s really awful. The girl who checked me out didn’t not say “hello, how are you “ or nothing! Better customer service is needed.
