Went through the drive through, ordered 3 combo meals and a kids meal. When we got to the window the girl gave us a total and we said that seems high, she asked what our order was and we told her and she said yeah it’s this amount. We paid and asked for a receipt and we were told we could get one at the next window. When we got the next window the woman (extremely rude) shoved bags of food out the window to us. We again asked for a receipt and when we finally got it we had been charged for and given an extra combo meal (minus the drink). When we told them we were charged for more than we ordered the woman got extremely agitated and yelled “looks like this one wants a refund”. She continued to be rude and snatched the bags back and got the card to refund what we had not ordered. The manager was also not very nice. Just took the card and did the refund and never offered an apology. He stood there while the woman was condescending and said nothing to her.

The sweetest ladies work the windows in the morning! I've been twice this week with my son. Food was hot, and out at a timely maner. Please give these sweet ladies some recognition!! They deserve it!

I ordered in drive thru, and it literally took 30 minutes for me to get my food. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and I don't know why they didn't ask the car to PULL UP so others can be served. THEN, my fries were old, and sandwiches were not hot.The worst management EVER because the staff only do what they are allowed to do. #DoBetter

Incredibly slow. There were no cars in the parking lot and only 3 in the drive-thru lane. We sat and waited at least 10 minutes before the first car at the menu finished ordering and even had to wait several minutes once it was our turn before we could order. On top of that, none of our food was fresh. The chicken and fries we ordered clearly had been sitting for a long time and the sandwiches were messily made. I swear the wrap I ordered had hardly any chicken in it. For the dollar amount that's paid, we should at least be given somewhat fresh food, especially considering the long wait... Not worth it. Staff requires better training.
