Worst bouquet ever, nothing like I ordered… wrong color’s wrong flowers, a bunch of cheap filler. I’ll just go pick something out at Publix next time. Shop elsewhere folks. Don’t make the same $100.00 mistake I did.

I give a "10+ Star Rose" rating to Jeff, the Wetumpka owner of A Burst of SonShine.??????????? Jeff graciously spent time with me over the phone (from Indiana) selecting an exquisite vase for the magnificent & unique fresh-cut rainbow flower arrangement. He designed it knowing it is in memory of a beloved German Shepherd & his family who deeply cherish him. Jeff clearly expressed genuine care and thoughtfulness... a gift you can't have from online, non-local florists. Nor can you get fresh-cut unique arrangements from online florists. In addition, Jeff scheduled the delivery for the same-day afternoon. Thank you, Jeff!

Anniversary flowers ordered by out of town daughter, arrived in poor condition, broken stems, looked like it'd been dropped, and white roses looked as if left from Easter.Disorganized arrangement.Replacement sent, but I hate yellow roses, cheap yellow vase, much smaller arrangement. . They took first arrangement back.VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.Tried to leave photo, but unable to attach.

12 red roses, a bear, candy, and 3 balloons were ordered for me. I received multi-colored roses…no bear, 1 balloon, and no candy. Called the florist and spoke with the manager. He told me they would bring my missing items to my job. Still am yet to receive my missing items. Very poor customer service!

Designers choice was poor. I ask for all yellow roses. I received 6 white roses with filler flowers yellow daisies, lots of greens on a standing wreath. Internet order from Avers.

Second time we've received horrible flowers from this third-rate florist. This time my wife refused the delivery of a wilted, dying arrangement meant as a Christmas gift from a dear friend. How are these people still in business?

It’s Dec. 23, 22 and it has been declared a severe weather day due to low temps. Who leaves a floral arrangement outside??? I had to get a cremation form motorized - was maybe gone 2 hours and this is what I came home to. The sender asked for a pic and I sent one of a different arrangement.

An absolutely horrible experience. The florist left an arrangement outside in below freezing weather. They were only outside a couple of hours, but the damage was done. Who does that?!?! The flowers are wilted and/or dead. One I can't even make out what flower it is - it stinks so bad I've pulled them all from the arrangement and put them in the trash outside. The website says they're open tomorrow- I would have gladly picked up the arrangement myself. Never, ever use this unprofessional and thoughtless florist. Not getting a Christian vibe at all!

Thank you for making my daughter's birthday special! Although they forgot to add the balloon I ordered, they more than made up for it by sending three balloons and a box a of chocolate!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

After many days of calling with no answer I got ahold of a man on the phone and told him about my issue and he had an upgraded floral arrangement delivered to me and a box of chocolate. I appreciate the replacement flowers since the first ones were so sad looking and didn't smell the new ones are beautiful and smell delightful.

This place deserves zero stars. We ordered a huge bouquet and got like 5 flowers, some of which were just buds that hadn’t opened, and some leaves. It has taken us 3+ days and a failed replacement order just to try to resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT THEM ON TIME/CORRECT TO WHAT YOU ORDERED.

The owner was rude and so was the person that answered the phone ! There was no card saying who it was from so I called and they were so rude and then they hung up on me ! Needless to say they will never get any business from my family again ! The flowers looked terrible ! Don’t waste your money on this company !
