5 stars just aren't enough for 280 AMC- We have a multitude of animals (13 total including some farm animals) and Dr's Jay and Sarah are absolutely the best in what they do. Like human drs, you can't teach someone bedside manners and compassion and this staff has THAT! Yes, they are very knowledgeable on procedures and pharma and disease processes but their love for the animals is why I love them! I have had to call after hours for concerns on several occasions and they have offered to meet me or wait on me to drive to the clinic to treat my fur babies. When I have had to say good-bye to 2 of my senior dogs, Dr Jay showed so much compassion and helped ease my heart as much as it could be. And not to be overlooked are the techs and front desk- They love what they do and it shows. They are always kind and loving with our babies and I never worry about the level of care they will receive if they require an overnight stay. I truly can't praise 280AMC enough.

We have been to 280 AMC many times in the past few years. Both with our personal dogs and the fosters we've had. They're always thorough, professional and compassionate. Yesterday, my wife and had to make that hardest of all decision for our boy, Moe. Dr. Jay Crisman was in emergency surgery so we were given the option of waiting for him, or seeing Dr. Whiten. We really love Dr. Jay, but decided not to make Moe suffer longer. Dr. Whiten came out to see us where we sat in the swing under the shade tree. He was extremely professional and above all compassionate. He told us he would do the procedure outside if we were more comfortable. Moe always loved sitting outside in the sun, so we accepted. Midway during the procedure, Dr. Jay had finished his surgery and came outside, still in his surgery scrubs to express his sympathy, give comfort, and assure us that we had made the right decision. Dr. Jay and his staff have always gone the extra mile to help their patients, and we can't recommend them enough!

Our very first experience with them was when we discovered our senior dog had bone cancer. From their compassion towards us, and him, during that difficult time, and subsequent treatments of our other 2 dogs, there is no question that this clinic loves all animals & understands how much humans love their furbabies. I can't imagine trusting mine with anyone else now!

The staff at 280 Animal Medical Center are not only amazing doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and office personnel, they are incredibly patient with the overprotective owners! I can’t imagine using any other doctors. I appreciate their time and efforts to save our Dolly. Thank you so much!!

We had our first appointment here yesterday for yearly check-ups on our Golden Retrievers. We saw Dr. Abbitt and we were very pleased. She was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone in the office was so nice!! Looking forward to bringing all of our fur babies here for years to come!

Had to cancel appt today . I've been 4 times . Stephanie tried to shame me& would NOT allow me to schedule another appt. A rude receptionist can ruin a business. And NO I'm not the type of person that cancels apptments... I really value others time . What I don't value is a person that acts like they rule the universe?! She was very rude.

Just moved here from another state. Was anxious to find reliable vet for our two pups (one senior). This place is clean, staff professional, communicative and knowledgeable. Whenever I bring one pup, they always ask about the other and will often call just to check in - really makes me feel like they care about my pups as much as I do. Highly recommend.

They are so caring and nice. I took my second dog in today for shots and had a few questions I wanted answers to. The vet tech took my questions to the vet then came back out and explained the answers to me even though they were written down. Later tonight we noticed our dog was not her normal self. So, we called the urgent care number expecting to leave a message but instead got a vet and explained what was going on with her and gave us recommendations. Highly recommend.
