Very rude would not let me talk. Tried to take my rights away of freedom of speech. Said they was going to call the cops but it's a public building and they are paid by the people. They sent my package back to sender and didn't give me a chance to come get it.

Packages consistently late, getting in touch with representative near impossible.

Don't know why all the bad reviews. My mail and packages have always been delivered. Notices (when required) have been left in mail box. And the web service for checking and planning deliveries works great if folks would learn to us these services.
