They say their not allowed to use the grater for calluses removal and they don't even really use a pumice pad, it's like a sponge. And the one lady did not even try to get the calluses off. So my feet look just like they did when I arrived. And still charged me $60!
Do not fall for their scamming.
Why say you remove calluses and dead skin, and you don't!!!!
I will never step foot back in this place or send anyone there!!!

I will not be returning. I got my nails done on a Saturday and on Sunday a nail was cracked! I called to let Anna know and basically she said it wasn't her problem. And let's not leave out the $85 charge! No nail should be cracked if you ask me after a day of your services!

I drove from another town to come here after having a bad experience at the one in my own town. I used Mia here & she was amazing!! She was fast but worked with perfection. She not only did an amazing job on my nails but had great customer service as well. I will definitely be back & would recommend to anyone else.Service: French manicures

I had gel fill in and pedicure about 2 weeks ago, while there i ask about scheduling 2 pedicure appointments for a wedding on September 23, names were written in book. When we showed up for appointments was told they did not schedule appointments. When i reminded her about the one i scheduled she just said so sorry we stopped, no help. It would have been courteous of her to notify me, so i could have made other arrangements. I will find another place for the future.

They were very ugly and said that they couldn't do my nails and I ask why and she said didnt have the equipment, and I was like well everyone else getting there nails done and I asked why again and she replied that she dont have to if she dont want to , but all the white getting service , and I'm of color , so what she mean dont have the equipment, I'm a human being like the rest that was sitting down .

Horrible Customer ServiceRequested nails painted with gel polish, less than 24 hours late polish chipping.Called establishment to ask if they could fix, said I had to wait when I arrive just come first serve.No concession for the customer to have expedited service, but I would have to wait however long it takes to service me.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
