We went out to look at property in the area and got stuck on the side of the road. Triple A refused to come but Joe came within 30 minutes and towed us out of the mud and ditch. He even had us laughing. Marriage counseling at its best! Thank you!He also recommended we submit a receipt for the tow to AAA and they have already told us it should not be a problem! Again - thank you!

Pretty decent people. The only reason for not giving a five star is that I had to wait quite a while for someone to pick up the phone every time I called but other then that their service was good.

I called to get a heavy wrecker to come tow my antique fire truck home for me. Joe, the wrecker operator that came to help me was great! He put a smile on my face with his "can do" attitude to get the job done. Thanks for yalls help!

Good Sam RV Roadside Assistance had difficulty finding a heavy duty wrecker to pull my 37' diesel RV out of my yard where it was down almost to the axles. Finally they contacted East Alabama Truck Repair and they dispatched the heavy tow wrecker quickly. The driver/operator arrived just before dark, assessed the situation (33,000 lb RV leaning dangerously close to a power line pole) and told me what he was going to do. Within 20 minutes he had the tow set up and winching. My RV lives to camp another day. Great service East Alabama Truck Repair!
