Love this shop. The services the Brands offer are far beyond what you see if just window shopping in this store, which is great in and of itself. The friendly and professional consulting the Brands provide have helped us refurnish and redecorate 3 homes and have brought many compliments from friends and family on the before and afters, and continued compliments on our (Mrs. Brand's) decor choices in our homes. The quality of the products is great and we have had two electric reclining sofas from here for 6 years now and have not had a single problem with functionality or wear. Mrs. Brand stays on top of the latest trends in home decor and furnishings, listens to your preferred tastes and makes excellent decisions to make your choices feel like you. The staff is all very friendly and helpful and has always gone the extra mile to help us when needed. Love this hometown store.

I have visited "A Brand New Look" several times and I can honestly say, Barbara and her staff are kind, friendly, personable, and will go out of their way to help. I love the fun and unique clothes, decorations and furniture this store has to offer. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time I've been in the store with a friend and was never acknowledged or waited on, even when we approached the counter with clothes to buy. Both times we left without buying anything because of the treatment we received. There won't be a third time.

A BRAND NEW LOOK has been in business for well over fifteen years. For my part, I have shopped there on numerous occasions. As I have done so, I have always found both the products and the services to be excellent. What is more, the employees are all courteous and thoughtful people whose values are far above reproach. For these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone seriously looking for quality decorating ideas and items. Nonetheless, as regards the completely irrelevant comments of the two previous reviewers, I have now taken note; and will certainly remember this should I ever go into a pet store looking for home improvement ideas and encounter a lost piece of living room furniture. At that time, I will do my best to reunite the poor thing with its long lost loveseat and tables. Good grief!

Molly went into the Brand New Look Boutique in Wedowee AL looking for help after getting separated from her mommy. They kicked her out and made no effort to find her owner. A kind hearted customer took her and started calling around. With no luck she brought her home with her. Thanks to Facebook Molly was reunited with her family this morning. Happy New Year Molly!
