“What has been the traditional post office, a large place with a lot of mailboxes, I suppose they are like post office boxes or something like that. It was pretty clean but looked a little old. The people's service was friendly and fast but I think that depending on the time you go there could be a long line. There is parking outside and if you can't find it you can park at the American Deli across the street.”
“I wanted to say thank you S. Taylor for your phenomenal customer service. You were courteous and promt and went out of your way to help me get my package delivered to the correct address. The following is my experience with the Oat St. location and how the Ross Clark Circle location helped me.After calling several times someone finally answered and told me to call the Ross Clark Circle location because they do not deliver mail to Meridian St. I called the RCC location and the representative stated my package was delivered to a wrong address(how they mixed that up I don't know) He also stated that the Oak St location that I called first is the one that delivers to Meridian St. So the lady lied to me. So I called the Oak St. Location several more times and they never answered. I called the RCC location back and spoke to the same representative and explained that the other location won't answer. The representative called the other location and spoke to the manager and then called me back. The package was redelivered to the correct address within minutes.”

Latonya was amazing on the phone and I can tell just by that one conversation that she is going to be successful in whatever she does in life. So patient and thorough in answering my questions as well. The people inside have been great too the two times I’ve gone inside. I just didn’t catch their names. Thank you”
