My daughter took our six month old cat to this vet for what turned out to be a blockage. He was given surgery to correct it and they treated him for a fever with ice packs placed on his body. Next the day we where told at lunchtime he had a slight raspy sound in his breathing they needed to monitor him til the end of day. That afternoon we were advised to take him to the E. R. for overnight observation. He didn't make it. He died at the E. R. three hours after we arrived from pneumonia and fluid in the lungs. We went in for not eating due to a blockage and ended up with the loss of a family member.

We will not take any animals back to this vet. They are now affiliated with a corporate organization and care about the money. We took our dog there Saturday extremely ill and instead of treating her with antibiotics ...the female vet insisted she must go to Hoover for 4000 dollar surgery. We waited until Monday to see an honest veterinarian. They were appalled that she was treated this way and not even given antibiotics. It was unnecessary and thank God we didn't spend 4000 grand ..she had surgery for 300 bucks Monday morning and is great . I will never go here again. This is not the same place it once was. Shame on this place.

This clinic has never let us down. Everyone is so kind from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors. They're quick to respond if you bring in an emergency and are great about recommending specialists to follow up with. They're extremely gentle and sweet with Tootie, my geriatric cantankerous chi-weenie, who tends to be a butt-munch. The docs are also very thorough when they do examinations. Our other dog, Jax, has required sedation during grooming/nail trims, but not here. They had no problems. These guys are the best! I recommend them to all of our friends and family!

I got my dog exrayed and they told me that he had a big object in his stomach I went to the vet hospital like they said and they said there was not any big object in his belly so idk what to think about goin there or not thanks they are nice tho

Very quick appointments I called and was able to bring my cat in for an appointment 30 minutes after I hung up. Very nice. Very fair priced. I had to put my cat down and they were very thoughtful of our feelings.

I recommend this vet for your animal care needs. Staff is attentive and informative. The entire hospital staff shows the animals attention and love. They preformed at spay for my dog and I couldn't be more pleased with there services.

I’ve had a turkey farm for years and have a normal vet who is sick currently and can not make it to his office to give me the medication I need to treat my flock for AMPV. Due to this office not having someone hired in the poultry field they cannot see my animal. This is fine, my vet has seen my animals but as I’ve stated is not in the best health to get me the medication I need. This clinic will not give me the medication I need to treat my animals because they haven’t seen them in their office. You would think they would call my normal vet to clarify that I need this medication or hire someone in this field.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stewart Animal Clinic. We have been using them for 2 years and they are fantastic. They were so compassionate and thoughtful when we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old Shih-Tzu Daisy and they are great with our other Shih-Tzu Bella. The entire staff is great. Would definitely recommend for all veterinary needs.

Terrible Do not take your pets here. They have recently changed ownership and they are awful now.
