It has been one month since I sent Mr. McCurry an email explaining about the issue of my sofa SPRINGS , NOT CUSHIONS, He has not addressed the issue in any way. He is arrogant and will block your bad review and not accept responsibility FOR ANYTHING. My furniture is still under warranty!!

Every time I shop at this family-owned small business, I feel valued. I am always welcomed and appreciated. They carry high-quality, modern and beautifully traditional items. Be sure to ask about their design service. Those ladies can make a room—or the whole house—breathtakingly stunning!

This is the look you end up with when you pay over $9, 000. and the store owner will not help you fix his mistake.How many people would walk into a showroom and buy this?Andy McCurry ordered the wrong cushions and when the inserts were replaced the cushions looked distorted. He will not fix this problem and he is combative and arrogant. Either the inserts are too big or there is not enough fabric for the new inserts, it doesnt matter he will not fix this problem. These pictures shows what he claims is quailty .

My daughter was delivered a chair with a visible stain on it. They wanted her to use a stain remover to fix it. They need to pick up the stained chair with a replacement. Or refund her money. Very slow to respond to their problem. Would not buy anything else from them.

Can not say enough good about Mr McCurry and staff. We had visited almost all the other furniture companies and found at least one sectional or sofa and couch at each place that we needed to fit our needs. One call to McCurray and he said i have one that fits your needs, come see it. I explained that I had just went through a major back surgery and was looking for something NOW....NOT 4-6 Weeks like all the rest, no other sales person even tried ! He called me next day and said " i sense the urgency you have, due to just hearing you and if i could come visit he would help me get to what i had to spend and if i could stand the ride in the car to visit that he would do everything in his power to help us.

I could redecorate my whole home from this store easy!!! I love everything. We purchased a love seat and we had not found one we liked anywhere. This one had everything we were looking for. We are looking forward to redoing the master bedroom next!! The service is top notch. We worked with Mr. McCurry himself, very friendly and makes you comfortable, right at home.

I've known the owner for many years. We've bought most of our furniture from him. They sell quality furniture and are very familiar with their manufacturers. Extremely nice, trustworthy individuals at McCurry Furniture. I would highly recommend.
