Couldn't find phone number online to the actual shop. Some guy answers a cell phone and says "I just gave it to you" condescendingly. Not everyone has a way to write a number down especially if in a an emergency or while driving. Guarantee you're losing business over that alone. Called the # he gave me and went straight to voicemail ?. Just going to call the next place in line.

They were fast, and good. I took a chance because we were out of town and this one was the first to pop up and we needed off the side of the interstate. They towed our car 70 miles back to our house for a reasonable price compared to prices I have had with other tow companies and they did it right.

One of the worst towing experiences I've dealt with. My family and I are from out of town, about 2 hours away. When our car wrecked, and it was towed by J&M, we thought nothing about it. However, I'm pretty sure either a.) the people running the buisness saw people from out of town to take advantage of or b.) they're generally this horrible. We arrived in a single vehicle. My father and a friend both entered the building at the same time, and yet they decided to charge one of them a $25 fee for entering the tow yard, even though the first time is supposedly free. At one point, my sister had to use the bathroom. I understand the choice to privatize the bathroom, however if I was working and someone came in crying because they'd been holding it for hours, I would have let them use it. Apparently, these buisness owners think differently. They finally relented, after my sister had a crying episode and almost went on herself. And then they lastly had the nerve to rush us out. The wrecked vehicle is a rear wheel drive. To properly transport it, we had to undo the drivetrain. You would think mechanics would understand this, but yet again, J&M dissapoints. We ended up stopping at a car wash literally 5 minutes down the road to properly secure the vehicle right because they essentially forced us out.

Car broke down on me and my wife headed home from huntsville, I didn't know what I was going to do til I read the reviews for J&M and decided to call and it was a blessing. The owner helped me brainstorm and sent a driver (Elijah) our way and he DID not disappoint, he got us loaded and to our destination safe! Reasonable prices, expert service, friendly and helpful during a stressful time is the least I can say. Thanks again fellas ?

I had stopped by a few places like Walmart and Express Oil and they all wanted to charge me an astronomical fee to replace my trucks headlight, I heard good things about this place so I stopped by and the mechanic worked tirelessly to resolve my headlight issue which was due to being slightly unplugged from a previous lamp installment, I was told no charge after about 45 minutes of work which I considered to be unheard of in today's day so I gladly tipped the mechanic for his efforts. Great business will use again.
