Booked a load with Stephanie for a fair price in light of the market. Unfortunately, the reciever was very bad at thier job. Stephanie was very diligent in addressing the situation until it was resolved. If only all brokers performed in this manner, Trucking would be a little easier. Definitely recommend her as a broker. I booked a load with Garrison a guy named Dave . We agreed on a price I was sent the rate confirmation and after an hour I was called back and was told that load was canceled. Which wasn't true because i seen it again on the DAT load board. Very unprofessional and shady buisness tactics. Will never do business with them again.

BOOKED A LOAD.. RUSHED THE TRUCK TO GET THERE ASAP.. TRUCK GOT ONSITE.. WAITED SEVERAL HOURS.. AND THEN WE WERE TOLD THE LOAD HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED.. STILL WAITING ON A TRUCK ORDERED NOT USED AND FUEL SURCHARGE.

Booked a load with Shawn Caton, and at the end of the day, he said the load has been cancelled. I called shipper to verify if this information is true, however, shipper said the load is active and still on schedule. I let the Shawn know about it, and his partner Derrick Thrasher replied me that " they found their own truck and gave this load to them ". When I asked why did you book another carrier and double booking the trucks, he started to ignore my emails and phone calls. This Shawn and Derrick is completely unprofessional brokers and liars. Never book a load with them. I booked many loads with Garrison, they have other good brokers, but these 2 need to be trained again and learn how the trucking industry works. ORDER# 1224935

Book a load with Kevin Roberson load#1127067. My driver arrive on time at pick up at 4pm and they told him that they will load him after midnight, so i told Kevin that we will need new delivery appt since we will be loaded late. He called me and threatened me that he will pull me from the load if i dont make the delivery. I tried to explain to him that i can’t deliver on time and we can not drive illegally but he keep pushing me. Told me that he will pull me off the load if i don’t promise him that i will deliver on time.I requested TONU but he said he won’t pay me.This guy don’t follow or respect any rules in the trucking business.I would suggest to every carrier to pass on this broker. I will never use him again!!!
