The woman named Alicia who works there was verbally abusing one of her male coworkers in front of many customers, it was genuinely really sad to see and unprofessional

It's inconsistent. I've had terrible experiences there. I've had good experiences. In fact, just a few days ago, I went in with a complex mailing issue and the woman who helped me could not have been kinder and more helpful. It's a luck-of-the-draw thing.
